Responsibilities:
Main contact person (together with Commercial Manager) for the Customer during order processing from receipt of order to completion of the contractually agreed scope of delivery.
Lead and coordinate Customer Orders according to process and process SOPs.
Ensure Projects reach their economic, time and quality objectives, including customer satisfaction.
Orchestration of all order-related activities across all functional areas for projects objectives.
Signing of contractual documents (e.g., order confirmations, sub-sequent offers) within the defined limits
Lead regular internal communication & maintain project alignment with project team via Project management tools ‘Open tasks’, Project status report, project plans, Projects Information system.
Ensure regular communication with the customer on Project status, Project deliverables, Project changes, Customer acceptance for changed schedules.
Clarification of technical details, customer changes to the scope delivery and / or technical Specifications report deviations, etc. independently with customers with the support of the specialist departments
Independent development and negotiation of sub-sequent offers (technical & commercial) with the support of the specialist departments
Lead change management of technical or delivery schedule changes (triggered either from internal and external source)
Maintaining and regular reporting of Project KPIs and hold defined gate reviews.
Regular project escalation (follow escalation and communication rules)
Own OTC project documentation and maintain project information repository.
Ensure Sales Orders data quality in ERP Navision
Maintain Projects data in Project Management tools.
Conduct internal and external meetings, Shopfloor management reviews / create reports.
Organize & support Customers visits in the course of inspections, meetings, etc.
Independent claim management to avoid or protect against customer claims.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional Projects Management experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Communicate within and across teams and can lead, keep track of and prioritize between multiple projects
