Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams during the pre-order phase to understand client-specific requirements.
Prepare precise technical proposals and cost estimations for complex systems (e.g., material handling packages, crushing/screening systems, or related industrial machinery).
Engage with clients to address technical queries and present robust engineering solutions that secure high-value orders.
Design and review Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), interlocking schemes, and control architectures.
Perform core electrical calculations, including cable sizing and transformer sizing (up to 2.5 MVA or higher) considering load demands, starting currents, and system voltages.
Ensure all switchgear, transformer ratings, and short-circuit fault levels comply strictly with IEC/IS standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive engineering documents, including Cable Trench Layouts (CTDs), I/O lists for PLC/DCS systems, instrument lists, and control philosophy document
