Job Role: Associate HR
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and campus drives
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Collaborate with HR team on employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools and techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and grow, should be ok to travel for campus drives
