    • Leads automation initiatives to reduce manual processes in recruitment, improving efficiency and scalability within Operational Talent Solutions

    • Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and knowledge of these elements in other disciplines

    • Provides management and operational oversight to large and/or moderately complex business or technical support team members, potentially including work leaders
