the position
To provide a quality and highly efficient support to the Randstad UK business to support with defined Mid Office responsibilities. To forge relationships with all parties, including key internal stakeholders.
priorities for the role include:

● Responsible for the timely onboarding and clearance of candidates across Randstad UK
meeting all legal and client contractual requirements
● Monitor and update and report on ongoing compliance for candidates currently engaged in
assignment through Randstad UK
● Provide updates on candidate clearance pipeline, and ongoing compliance candidates statuses
● Communication with candidates through systems and phone to obtain compliance
requirements
● Building relationships with talents and internal stakeholders, providing an excellent service to
all customers
● Provide advice and guidance regarding compliance to candidates and internal stakeholders to
improve the pace of candidate clearance
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any legislative and contractual compliance requirements
and changes

● Excellent voice skills - may require direct contact with talent
● Data mindset - manage talent pipeline and clearances through effective use of all available
data
● Reporting and feedback - utilise available information to provide updates and feedback to the
mid office management team and internal stakeholders
