Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts.

Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.
Partner with department heads to align financial planning with business goals.
3. Compliance & Controls
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC filings, etc.).
Liaise with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies.
4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Manage cash flow, fund planning, and working capital requirements.
Optimize banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities if required.
Monitor investment strategies and risk management practices.
5. Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor finance & accounts team members.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
Foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
6. Strategic Finance Support
Support strategic initiatives such as M&A, due diligence, cost optimization, etc.
Provide financial models and analysis for business cases or investment decisions.
Participate in board meetings and investor presentations when required.
Key Requirements:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
Graduation Eco honours/B.com Honours (Regular Courses ).
Senior Secondary /Secondary in regular courses with reputed school (Regular Courses)
Proficient in ERP systems SAP and Microsoft Office tools – (Mandatory)
Minimum of 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in
