Build relationships with founders, CFOs, and venture capital funds.
Lead deal sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and execution.
Maintain a strong pipeline and drive transaction closures.
Represent the firm at ecosystem events and strengthen market presence.
Ideal Profile :
Strong network within the startup and VC ecosystem.
Prior experience in venture debt, early-stage investing, banking, or transaction advisory.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
High ownership and ability to operate independently.
