We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition and HR Technology professional in Mumbai .This role demands a strong background in both areas, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition (70%) and HR Technology (30%). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tech hiring and a solid understanding of the financial market, particularly in Fintech. We are looking for an individual with a Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering and 12-14 years of experience within well-regarded organizations. This experience should include the implementation of large-scale Talent Acquisition transformation projects and 100% automation initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a strategic mindset, demonstrating expertise in workforce planning, high-volume hiring, market sourcing, talent scouting and research, and consistently closing positions within desired SLAs. They should be adept at managing end-to-end tech and non-tech recruitment, with a strong command of people analytics, capable of drawing inferences and creating impactful visual presentations. A critical understanding of operational and adequacy requirements related to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Regulations is essential. The role also requires a strong focus on Turnaround Time (TAT) and exposure to campus hiring, specifically for Chartered Accountants.
