Business Analyst, Data & Analytics
The Technical, Innovation and Supply Chain teams are primarily responsible for governing and guiding Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain support for the Bottlers and the overall KO System. They create an environment that makes it easier for employees to access high-impact data while simultaneously teaching them how to use the data effectively. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to support business operations through complex data research and analysis. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with the franchise & OU TISC teams to meet their expectations and address daily business inquiries.
What You’ll Do for Us
...- Become a super-user of datasets, dashboards, and models to create cutting-edge solutions for the business.
- Utilize multiple data sources and ad hoc consumer studies to analyze and answer critical business questions.
- Lead the delivery of real-time, standardized reports utilizing live data flows and advanced technologies.
- Develop and implement effective data visualization techniques.
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, agencies, and 3rd party data providers on the development of solutions.
- Convert business requirements into precise user stories, diagrams, data models, rules, and mock-ups.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Data / Supply Chain Analytics.
- 4+ years of experience in creating data mining architectures, models, protocols, and statistical reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven track record of making improvements or recommended enhancements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance of the job area.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw from prior experience and analysis to come up with recommendations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain facts, policies, practices, and procedures to others within and outside of the organization.
- Experience in justifying and gaining cooperation of other parties on practices, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and software (Microsoft Excel, SQL, PowerBI).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
