Accounting Specialist ;
Key Responsibilities:Financial Management and Compliance
Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting, including ledger maintenance, general accounting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws and accounting principles.
Handle end-to-end payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliance for the company.
Prepare and file all necessary tax returns and documentation.
Provide financial insights and reports to management.
Operational Efficiency and System Management
Operate and maintain accounting records using platforms like Tally, Zoho, or equivalent accounting tools.
(Preferred) Manage financial operations for international companies or multiple legal entities within a group.

Formal Requirements
Certification: Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting, payroll, finance, and compliance roles.
Expertise: Strong and current understanding of Indian tax laws and accounting principles.
Software Proficiency: Proven experience working with accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho, or equivalent platforms.
HR Knowledge: Experience in HR support and regulations.
Language: Good command of spoken and written English.
Preferred: Experience working with international companies or multiple legal entities within a group.
