Seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our real estate development and construction management company. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of design and architecture, along with extensive experience in construction and project management. Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA or relevant) is highly desirable.
- Experience: At least 15 years in senior leadership roles within the real estate, construction, or architecture industry.
- Core Competencies: Proven expertise in design and architecture, construction and project management, project costing, quality assurance, vendor management, and P&L oversight.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of the construction lifecycle, architectural principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
