Key Responsibilities<br /> Develop and implement strategies for large-scale land acquisition in line with project development pipeline.<br /> Identify suitable land parcels for renewable energy projects (wind/solar/hybrid).<br /> Conduct due diligence to ensure clear title, legal validity, and compliance with state and central regulations.<br /> Lead negotiations with landowners, farmers, and local communities to secure land at optimal cost.<br /> Oversee the execution of lease/sale agreements, MoUs, and related documentation.<br /> Liaise with revenue, registration, and other government departments for land mutation, conversion, and clearances.<br /> Build, lead, and mentor a team of land acquisition managers and field officers.<br /> Build relationships with local communities, government officials, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth land transactions.<br /> Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and statutory requirements related to land.<br /> Anticipate and mitigate risks related to land disputes, litigation, or regulatory changes.  Qualifications & Experience<br /> Any Graduate/Postgraduate with 15–20 years of experience.<br /> Strong exposure to renewable energy (wind/solar) or large infrastructure/industrial projects.<br /> Excellent negotiation, communication, and people management skills.<br /> Proven ability to work with government authorities, legal teams, and local communities. <h3>experience</h3>20
