About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Brand and Digital Communications Specialist to lead our branding and digital initiatives in South Asia. This pivotal role involves shaping our brand identity and executing impactful communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for owning digital communication, driving web, social media, and employee channel ecosystems, and developing content marketing strategies, including paid media, to achieve communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the digital communication and channel strategy for South Asia, aligning with global governance and local market needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, including AI and emerging digital technologies, to enhance brand strategy.
Utilize data analytics to refine digital strategy and align with business objectives.
Manage and optimize our digital presence across social media, websites, and intranet to ensure engaging content.
Lead integrated campaign management, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources for impactful initiatives.
Establish and track KPIs for digital platform effectiveness, including brand awareness, engagement rates, website traffic, social media growth, and campaign ROI.
Facilitate thought leadership content development to enhance reputation across channels.
Oversee creation and distribution of compelling brand narratives and assets for various channels.
Ensure all branding efforts adhere to global standards and guidelines.
Collaborate with internal content strategy owners for seamless messaging.
Drive internal communications initiatives to promote employee engagement and brand advocacy.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations; Master's degree preferred.
13-15 years of experience in brand management and digital communications, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strategic thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Proficient in navigating organizational metrics and analyzing data to inform strategy.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Adaptable with a flexible mindset and willingness to embrace change.
Proficiency in digital content creation tools and graphic design software is a plus.
