Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning:
• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and long-term growth.

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and all relevant financial regulations, policies, and corporate governance standards.
• Maintain strong oversight of cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies.
Stakeholder & Investment Management:
• Work closely with private equity (PE) firms and key investors to strengthen financial partnerships and secure funding for expansion.
• Engage with investment bankers and financial institutions to raise additional capital as needed.• Collaborate with business unit (BU) heads to monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
Leadership & Team Development:
• Supervise and guide the Accounting Department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
• Foster a high-performance finance team, driving efficiency and professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance (MBA preferred).
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation preferred.
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in financial management, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
• Expertise in accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) management.
• Experience in working with private equity (PE) firms and investment management.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and financial compliance standards.

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
