...
Household & Estate Administration
* End-to-end management of all residence staff and manpower agencies - rostering, leave and coverage planning, conduct and grooming standards, performance, and replacements.
* Preventive maintenance calendar for the residence - AMCs, repairs, deep-cleaning cycles, utilities, and asset upkeep - executed without prompting.
* Institutional-grade verification and documentation standards for every person engaged at the residence, whether direct or agency-supplied: police verification, address and background checks, records maintained and renewed periodically.
* Visitor and access management protocols at the residence, maintained as a matter of good order and standard practice.
* Vendor and agency governance - service agreements, SLA reviews, rate benchmarking and renegotiation, and consolidation where sensible. Transport & Mobility
* Full ownership of the family fleet - servicing, insurance, compliance, fuel administration, and driver management.
* Daily mobility planning for the family, including the children's school commute - dependable rostering, trained and thoroughly vetted dedicated drivers, trip visibility through in-vehicle telematics, and clearly defined pick-up and drop protocols coordinated with the school.
* Drivers for family duties to be hired to a documented standard (preference for ex-servicemen through DGR channels), with structured induction, periodic re-verification, and defined communication discipline for every trip. Candidate Profile
* Retired Indian Army officer, rank of Lieutenant Colonel to Brigadier, with a distinguished service record. Officers with experience as Adjutant, Station/Garrison staff, Quartermaster, or in Military Secretary-type appointments - roles involving establishment management, movement planning, and VIP protocol - are especially well suited.

* Demonstrated command of multi-vendor, multi-staff establishments with real budget accountability.
* Age band approximately 45-56; based in or willing to relocate to Pune; comfortable with the always-reachable nature of a family-office role.
* Fluent English, Hindi; working Marathi an advantage.
