- Should have experinece in overseeing daily civil & structure related activities and manage contractors and labours accordingly.
- Should have exeperince in project execution which includes preparing DPR/WPR and managing site as per project requirement.2Quality Assurance- Should have experience and able to conduct routine site inspections to ensure structural integrity and adherence to the engineering standards3Risk Analysis-Should have site safety risk analysis capabilities
- Cann assess the potential risk in the project or routine daily maintenance activities4Cost Estimate- Should have knowledge of preparing BOQ and estimate of the small & large scale activities
- Should be able to communicate with vendors for taking quotes and finalizing the items required in the activity5Compliances-Should know the regulatory compilances related to building structure6SkillsProven working experience in civil engineering
Excellent Knowledge of softwres like AutoCAD, Civil 3D and similar
Proficient in working on MS Office tools like excel, power point, MS word
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design and regulatory approvals
Project management
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
