Key Responsibilities
- Execute branch billing, receipt accounting, and inward/outward logistics management seamlessly on SAP for the region.
- Coordinate end-to-end depot activities, dispatch schedules, and efficient transporter handling.
- Manage CMS/channel account payment deposits, track commercial taxes, and address dealer account reconciliation issues.
- Collaborate with HQ to unlock sales orders, control DBNC, and initiate dealer credit/debit note advices.
- Formulate dealer incentive schemes, generate sales forecasting reports, and coordinate supply with the DCD department.
- File sales tax returns, prepare documentation for assessments, and ensure compliance with internal and depot audits.
- Oversee complete office administration, including vendor PO creation, payment release, imprest monitoring, and file maintenance.
- Handle comprehensive marine and motor transit insurance workflows from plant to depot and depot to dealer.
