Experience:- 2 to 3 Years in Commercial Warehouse

Job Description for Commercial Officer:

- Knowledge of SAP System – MM & SD Module & Its Movement Types

- Knowledge of Job work documentation process

- Knowledge of Warehouse management system

- Stock control and accepting new shipments procedure

- Logistic arrangement based on planning & follow-up for vehicle placement

- Planning & execution of loading/unloading/storage activity

- Knowledge of 5S & Safety for warehouse

- Basic administrative skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in a similar industry or field.

1. Experience in loading/unloading of Vehicles with Safety and without any Customer Complaint.
2. Managing Contract Labour for daily loading unloading activities.
3. Daily checking of Forklifts/ Stackers and other MHEs used in Warehouse.
4. Physical verification of Receipt of Finished Goods from Plant to Warehouse.
5. Proper Storage, Identification and Traceability of Material received from Plant and ensure its ready for final dispatch.
6. Co-ordination with production team for ensuring smooth dispatches on planned way.
7. Unload the Goods received from Inter-units/ Job-Sites as per standard practice.
8. Supervision of Loading/ Unloading activities.
9. Ensure Safe Handling of materials at workplace.
10. Maintaining Rack wise Finished Goods & Dispatch as per plan as per FIFO Batches.
11. Unload the Raw Material & Packing materials arrange the same into Racks.
12. Monthly stock taking activities with SAP Stocks.
13. Knowledge about 5s, Safety and other TQM activities.
