Job Summary
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits professional to join our HR team. This is a new, individual contributor role focused on the design, implementation, and management of compensation structures and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent. The role will require execution and operational efficiency along with strong analytical capability and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Management
Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to maintain pay competitiveness
Manage annual salary reviews, incentive plans, and variable pay
Support business leaders with compensation decisions for promotions, adjustments, and new hires
Benefits Administration
Oversee employee benefits programs (insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.)
Evaluate current offerings and suggest improvements for effectiveness and cost-efficiency
Collaborate with vendors and brokers to ensure high-quality service delivery
Compliance & Governance
Analytics & Reporting
Maintain accurate C&B data in HR systems
Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and management insights
Interpret reports from external consultants like Mercer & Aon
Employee Communication & Support
Key Requirements
Education & Qualifications
Experience
Up to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
Experience in designing and executing C&B structures in mid to large-sized organizations
Strong background in C&B implementation and execution
Technical Skills
Proficient in Advanced Excel
Familiarity with Google Suite
Experience with HRIS systems
Knowledge of Percentile Matrix
Ability to interpret Mercer & Aon reports
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and numerical ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
