Experience in authoring tools such as Oxygen, Adobe FrameMaker, MS word
3+ years of experience as a Technical writer
Ability to write English clearly and concisely using correct grammar, spelling, and
punctuation
Proven ability to write conceptual, task-oriented, and reference documentation
Experience with MS Office
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience with MS TEAMS to track your work and collaborate with the product teams
Capable of effectively working with multiple stakeholders in cross-cultural, global teams
STE certification and course in technical communication is an added advantage
Well organized and able to operate independently
Willing to accept the challenges and convert them into success.
Good planner and systematic organizer.
