Requirements & Responsibilities• Developing and executing strategic vision for electrical or Mechanical design discipline• Leading organizational design excellence.• Setting electrical design standards aligned with ASHRAE,TIA-942, Uptime and beyond• Directing senior management team and building high-performing design organization• Overseeing electrical design for all project categories and geographies• Managing significant design budget and resource

Main Accountabilities:  Induction of new BA/DBA to meet business/ operational requirements.  Planning for network and route to achieve desired service level.  Developing and implementing SOP’s for route & monitoring its implementation.  Developing and implementing the operational strategy to drive revenue by reducing operational cost.  Monitoring expenses incurred upon BA/ DBA vehicles, monitoring BA/ DBA vehicle rate v/s market rates of vehicles. 
