Experience Requirement:
- 2–3 years of experience is required in providing support to customer queries and requests via email.
- Educational Qualification (Must-Have): Master’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or related fields of Science.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to understand incoming queries and requests related to regulatory matters or DOW products.
- Good understanding of Product Stewards, Regulatory, and TS&D.
- Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
