EHS Policy Implementation & Planning
Implement EHS policies, objectives, and targets in alignment with corporate standards.
Develop and execute overall EHS strategy and annual plans.
Monitor EHS KPIs and ensure achievement of defined targets.

Conduct Safety Induction and job-specific EHS training for all employees. Promote EHS culture through periodic awareness programs and workshops.
Compliance &Regulatory Liaison
Ensure environmental compliance in line with consent conditions.
Manage operations and compliance of ETP/STP.
Liaise effectively with regulatory authorities like MPCB, DISH, etc.
Ensure timely renewals and adherence to all legal EHS requirements.
Safety Management
Conduct Safety Committee meetings and ensure implementation of action points. Lead regular mock drills and follow up on recommendations.
Conduct theme-based safety inspections and audits.
Oversee implementation and continual improvement of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems.
Operational Safety
Prepare SOPs, HIRA, and Aspect-Impact assessments.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective & preventive actions.
Ensure effective work permit system implementation.
Monitor periodic inspection and certification of lifting tools, tackles, and pressure vessels.
Ensure upkeep, servicing, and monitoring of fire extinguishers and fire hydrant systems.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit monthly EHS performance reports and Safety MIS.
Maintain updated documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Sustainability & ESG
Contribute to sustainability initiatives and compliance with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) requirements.
Monitor waste disposal, water consumption, and resource conservation efforts. Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of EHS laws, ISO standards, and audit protocols.
Hands-on experience in managing ETP/STP systems.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
