We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team at Conductors. This is a critical role for individuals with a strong track record in sales and marketing within the {{}} sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Management Information System (MIS) using Excel and CRM, ensuring the accuracy of the sales database.
  • Ensure the timely submission of Tender/Offer quotes to customers.
  • Coordinate post-order execution with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Address customer queries efficiently and in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage all work related to Utility Approvals.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 – 7 years of desired experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage RFQ MIS, sales databases, and tender submissions.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Experience in managing utility approvals is a plus.
