Ensure all operational deliveries are managed as expected e. Ensure that accounting & payments to suppliers in time, reconciliation of bank and ledger accounts, reconciliation of inventory, and establishing effective control over collection from customers f. Ensure that all AR, AP & Accounting processes, revenue accounting etc are managed effectively g. Ensure that Internal & External audit requirements are met and proper validation of accounts & prepare monthly variance report h. Ensure that all direct & indirect tax requirements are articulated & managed effectively i. Ensure quality reviews of GSC deliverables are conducted j. Create active engagement with Users across the organization to establish a culture of identifying root causes for performance gaps, identifying suitable solutions, and deploying the same
