● Drive digital channel performance to support marketing and online ticketing
Skills & Competencies
● Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience.
● Strong project management capability with proven ERP go-live experience.
● Knowledge of POS / ticketing systems - Semnox preferred.
● Web technologies (CMS platforms), mobile app development oversight.
● Cybersecurity frameworks - ISO 27001, NIST, DPDP Act compliance.
● Cloud platforms - Azure preferred (or AWS / GCP).
● Strong vendor management and SLA negotiation skills.
● Business analytics, BI tools, and dashboarding capability.
