Responsibilities:- Digital & Social Communications: Manage our day-to-day social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn, maintain our content calendar, and use analytics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Storytelling & Project Communications: Transform complex research, technical expertise, and impact data-covering topics like soil health, biodiversity, and farmer livelihoods-into accessible and engaging stories for global brands and retailers.
- Visual Identity & Creative Content: Champion our brand identity by developing creative concepts and managing the production of graphics, infographics, animations, and video content.
- Website, SEO & Digital Performance: Oversee website content, apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility, and monitor digital performance to recommend data-driven improvements.
- 4-6 years of experience in digital communications, content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Strong proficiency in social media strategy, particularly LinkedIn.
- Proven experience managing websites and CMS platforms.
- Strong visual judgment and experience in developing or commissioning creative visual and video assets.
- Solid understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and content optimization.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the apparel, textile, or fiber industries, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing, or AI-enabled creative tools.
