Job Description :-

Primary Responsibilities:-

The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site.

Must be able to resolve Technical issues at Customer site in the defined target time.

Must be able to manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base

Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer

Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base

Secondary Responsibilities:-

Must have good knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics / electrical

Providing technical support to the Branch Service Manager

Qualification :- Essential: - Diploma/ Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile

Desirable:-

Experience :- 4-6 Years post Qualification

Competencies Required :-

Must have good communication skills

Must have Problem Solving Skills

Must have good command over written and verbal communication

Good in MS-Office

Must be willing to Travel
