Job Summary We are looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented professional who will work directly with three Directors and support senior management with accurate MIS, SAP reporting, costing, inventory, procurement, production and business analysis. The candidate will be responsible for consolidating data from different functions, preparing management presentations and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Work directly with Directors and provide timely management information and business insights. Prepare SAP reports, MIS reports and management presentations as required by the Directors. Prepare material costing, raw material (RM) costing and consumption analysis. Monitor raw material, finished goods and overall stock and prepare stock analysis reports. Prepare and circulate daily production updates, production performance reports and variance analysis. Track procurement activities, material requirements, purchase status and pending procurement. Analyse SAP data relating to procurement, inventory, production, material consumption and costing. Prepare customer-wise analysis, customer performance reports, sales trends and business insights. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS dashboards and management reports. Analyse material consumption, production efficiency, stock movement and cost variances. Track ongoing projects, procurement activities and operational deliverables. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores, Sales, Finance and other departments to collect and validate data. Identify business trends, deviations and critical issues and highlight them to the Directors. Prepare presentations for management reviews, business meetings and strategic discussions. Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submission of all reports. Develop and improve MIS formats, dashboards and reporting systems to support faster decision-making. Required Qualification B. Tech/B.Com + MBA preferred. Strong working knowledge of SAP. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Good understanding of manufacturing, procurement, inventory, costing and production processes.
