Job Description Export Documentation Executive Hazardous Liquid (ISO Containers)

Department: Logistics/Export
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in export documentation, preferably with hazardous
- chemicals or liquid materials.
- Knowledge DG handling, ISO tank/container logistics.
- Familiar with INCOTERMS, export processes, and DG labelling standards.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with plant and logistics teams.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all ISCC-related compliance activities and ensure adherence to certification requirements and sustainability standards.
- Coordinate with plant and warehouse teams to ensure export material readiness as per schedule and quantity.
- Track and monitor daily tank material status to align with shipping plans.
- Plan and execute the labelling of drums (hazardous liquid) in compliance with international and client-specific hazardous material handling regulation
- Prepare and verify all export-related documentation, including:
1. Commercial Invoice
2. Packing List
3. Certificate of Analysis
4. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)
5. Bill of Lading
6. DG Declaration and other required shipping documents
- Ensure accurate HS codes and compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and CHA (Customs House Agent) for booking ISO containers and ensuring timely movement.
- Maintain updated knowledge of hazardous handling requirements and safety documentation.
- Keep accurate records of all shipments and documentation for audits and internal records.
- Manage correspondence with overseas customers regarding shipment status and documentation.
