We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Executive with expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) to join our team in India. This is a contract position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational efficiency of our facilities in Maharashtra.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the maintenance of BMS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all BMS components and related equipment.
- Implement and adhere to established BMS system protocols and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to BMS operation and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS with other facility systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance checks of the BMS infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of BMS maintenance, operations, and any implemented changes.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Respond proactively to any system alerts or critical operational needs.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree.
- Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in BMS maintenance, operation, and system management.
- Proficiency in BMS systems, including their operation and maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex BMS issues.
- Strong understanding of facility management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
