- Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality standards in housekeeping, pest control, security, and catering.
- Vendor Management: Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for contractors, ensuring SLA compliance and monitoring KPIs.
- Financial Control: Manage operating budgets for soft services, approve invoices, and identify cost-saving initiatives.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain statutory compliance, including EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols and labor laws.
- Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with occupiers, address complaints promptly, and conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train site staff, including supervising, rostering, and performance management.
