About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Field Recruiter to lead our high-volume sourcing and onboarding of two-wheeler delivery executives and gig riders. In this role, you will step out of the traditional office setting to recruit where the talent is-on the streets, at hub spots, and through local community networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Sourcing & Mobilization: Conduct mass recruitment drives, street sourcing, door-to-door flyering, and hub scouting to attract two-wheeler delivery riders.
- Vendor & Community Partner Management: Build strong relationships with local manpower agencies, driving schools, two-wheeler garages, and community centers to generate continuous leads.
- Screening & Verification: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' eligibility, communication skills, route knowledge, and basic smartphone literacy.
- Document Verification: Verify essential candidate documentation (Driving License, Aadhaar/Government ID, PAN, Bank Details, RC/Vehicle Documents).
- Onboarding & Activation: Guide applicants through the registration process, app installation, and initial training, ensuring a smooth transition to their first completed order/shift.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain daily logs of field visits, walk-ins, documentation status, and conversion rates; present updates to the HR Lead.
