team, including the Sales Head, to achieve their sales targets:- ...
• Producing quotations and conducting other administrative functions (such has progress chasing) on
behalf of the external team to increase their efficiency and thereby permit increased customer visits
and project potential visibility.
• To develop a level of sales proactivity within the internal team to generate leads and close business on
behalf of the external sales.Tasks:-
• Achieve overall objectives and KPI’s for the Internal Sales team as agreed with the Sales or Country
Head at the beginning of each financial period
• Set objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’ s) for each and every Internal Sales team
member and sign off.
• Review and develop the Internal Sales team members to meet their individual objectives.
• Conduct periodic reviews with each team member (monthly or quarterly) against agreed KPI’s
• To manage the relationship between the Internal Sales and various suppliers, DELS / NLEM /
USRS etc and ensure no escalations.
• To track the performance of both the internal sales team and that of the various suppliers
• To ensure that adequate technical support given to the customers and external sales team
• To improve the internal processes and tools to increase efficiency of people and processes.
• To develop the operational role and the commercial roles of internal sales in line with the local plan
• To regularly liaise with the external sales team to ensure smooth communications between the two
teams.
• Suggest any commission of bonus payments to reward successful sales proactivity within the internal
team
• To periodically organize sales meetings between the proactive internal sales team and the external
sales team
• Ensure CRM is updated and sales order reports are generated and submitted to the management..
• EOHS – Awareness and participating in EOHS programe/initiatives.
