Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that positions Nicco Park as a leading family
entertainment destination in Eastern India.
Reposition the brand to appeal to younger audiences, families, schools, corporates, and tourists.
Design an annual marketing and events calendar aligned with festivals, school holidays, and seasonal
opportunities.
Build and protect brand equity through consistent messaging, storytelling, and customer experience. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
Lead the Company's digital marketing roadmap including performance marketing, social media,
influencer partnerships, search optimisation, and content strategy.
Drive online ticketing growth through website improvements, mobile booking experience, and CRM-led
campaigns.
Build a customer database, segmentation, and engagement model in coordination with the IT and ERP
transformation.
Strengthen the Company's social media presence and online reputation management.
Sales, Group Bookings & Partnerships
Build and lead a strong sales engine for group bookings - corporates, schools, colleges, religious groups,
travel agencies, OTAs, and hotels.
Revive and grow the venue and corporate events business including team outings, MICE, weddings,
social events, and brand activations.
Develop strategic partnerships with sponsors, media, OTAs (BookMyShow, District, MakeMyTrip, etc.),
and hospitality players.
Drive sponsorship and revenue-share opportunities. Pricing, Promotions & Revenue Management
Implement dynamic pricing, combo offers, season passes, annual memberships, and loyalty programs.
Manage promotional campaigns to drive visitor footfalls during off-peak periods. Coordinate with Park Operations and F&B for cross-sell and ARPU enhancement initiatives. Public Relations, Media & Communications
Manage public relations, media engagement, press releases, and crisis communications.
Coordinate official communications across stakeholders including government, customers, and partners.
Represent the Company at industry forums, tourism boards, and trade events. Marketing Budget & ROI
Own and effectively utilise the marketing budget with disciplined ROI measurement.
Move from reactive promotional discounting to strategic, planned brand investment.
Provide monthly marketing performance dashboards to the CEO and Board. Candidate Profile
Experience
Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, and sales leadership.
Relevant experience in consumer-facing industries - entertainment, hospitality, leisure, tourism, travel,
retail, QSR, OTT/media, FMCG, or the experience economy.
Proven track record of driving brand visibility and customer growth in a mid-sized organisation. Education
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA / PGDM in Marketing strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong digital and performance marketing expertise.
Brand-building and creative storytelling capability.
B2B sales acumen for corporate, school, and group bookings.
CRM, customer analytics, and marketing technology familiarity.
Strong commercial mindset with budget ownership experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Kolkata / Eastern India consumer market is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with Bengali language is preferred. Personal Attributes
