Roles and Responsibilities

Designation: GM & BD (FMCG)

* Organize Team fixation of Targets & Channel Cost budgeting & create business
growth strategies.
* Build and manage Promoter, Dealer/ Channel Partnership and retail networks.
* Achieving sales targets with market expansions, managing certain key accounts
closely.
* Identify new business opportunities, segmentations in categorisation of markets
and manage key customer accounts.
* Having strong capability in analysing market trends, segment pricing which are
commercially viable, competitor activities, and customer insights.
* Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, manufacturing and finance teams
for effective execution.
* Thorough leadership, Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to deliver
results.
Preferred Profile:
* Proven track record in FMCG sales management and business growth.
* Strong leadership, negotiation skills, communication skills, and relationship
management skills.
* MBA graduate; open to extensive travel.
