 Digital & Performance Marketing: Lead ROI-driven digital initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, and social media, leveraging data-led strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.

 Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Build and manage valuable partnerships with travel operators, tourism boards, influencers, media houses, and F&B brands to unlock new business opportunities and distribution channels.
 Growth & Revenue Optimization: Collaborate closely with sales and park operations teams to drive visitor footfalls, ticketing growth, promotional offers, and revenue-maximizing initiatives.
 Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, CRM, content, and design, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and results.
 Marketing Innovation & Technology: Champion the adoption of marketing automation, Marketing Tech, and AI-powered solutions to enhance operational efficiency, personalization, and campaign impact. Experience:
 MBA in Marketing or related field from a reputed institution.
 12+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior strategic role.
 Proven track record in building brands and delivering measurable business outcomes.
 Experience in digital-first consumer brands, media-driven environments, or experience-led industries preferred.
 Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and execution excellence.
