Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads.
• Drive growth marketing initiatives, using data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns.
• Implement and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage high-value accounts. Sales Funnel Alignment & Enablement
• Partner with the sales team to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
• Create and implement sales enablement tools, content, and training to boost sales performance. Campaign & Media Management
• Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional media, events, and social media).
• Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI. Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, including growth marketers, ABM specialists, social media managers, designers, and ad account managers.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. Social Media & Brand Presence
• Develop tailored social media strategies for different business units.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance brand engagement and visibility. Budget & Resource Management
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Track expenses and adjust strategies to meet financial objectives. Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred).
• Experience: 4+ years in a senior B2B marketing role, ideally in product-based manufacturing & services.
• Proven track record in growth marketing, ABM, and sales enablement.
• Expertise in social media management, content strategy, SEO, email marketing, and market research.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
