Job Title: Head Finance & Accounts
Location: Hyderabad, India
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) qualified
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience (excluding articleship), ideally in manufacturing
- Solid hands-on exposure to Indian & IFRS or US GAAP, treasury operations (India & US) customs/imports, and legal/regulatory compliance
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and drive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Provide strategic financial insight to the CEO/MD and executive team to support growth and profitability planning
2. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Oversee treasury functions: cash flow, banking, and investments
- Manage dual-currency treasury operations (INR/US) to optimise liquidity and manage risk
3. Compliance, Regulatory & Legal Oversight
- Ensure compliance with Indian & US GAAP, RBI, SEBI, GST, and default laws
- Oversee legal financial matters, audits, litigation, contracts, and regulatory liaison
- Coordinate with customs and government bodies on import-related matters
4. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and disclosure to the board and stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Present clear, actionable financial insights to the leadership team
5. Team Leadership & International Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounts team
- Collaborate closely with teams in the US and India for seamless cross-border operations
- Implement systems, processes, and accountability frameworks to enhance team effectiveness

- Strong strategic and analytical thinking; ability to forecast, model, and guide decision-making
- Advanced understanding of treasury, risk management, compliance, and capital allocation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with international counterparts
- Solid legal acumen related to financial operations, contracts, litigation, and customs/government liaison
