We are looking for an experienced Senior HR to lead and oversee all aspects of HR functions in alignment with the company’s overall business strategy. The role demands a strong focus on policy-making, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and performance-driven HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define operational targets and goals for the HR department in line with organizational strategy.
- Redesign and update company policies and procedures as required.
- Identify training needs and implement training & development initiatives.
- Review and propose changes to compensation & benefits policies in line with market trends.
- Supervise day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, and offboarding processes.
- Evaluate HRMS software efficiency and recommend upgrades or alternatives.
- Maintain healthy employee relations, act as mediator, and resolve disputes effectively.
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems with clear KRAs & KPIs.
- Ensure timely mid-term reviews and annual performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
Qualities & Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Performance Management Systems.
- Exposure to payroll and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and drive organizational culture.
