About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary professional to lead our Industry verticals as the Head – Industry. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across multiple sectors
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for industry verticals, aligning with organizational goals and market dynamics, while responsible for engineering execution of customer orders and localization projects across multiple industry verticals
- Lead and coordinate all customer-facing activities in the Industry business, including aftermarket services, to achieve agreed business results in India. This includes full P&L responsibility.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the region to drive business growth across all relevant industrial sectors.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Actively plan, monitor, and report on the progress of business strategies, and implement necessary changes to meet or exceed set objectives.
- Guide, supervise, train, and manage the Industry sales and engineering teams in alignment with company risk management and compliance guidelines.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across sectors, fostering long-term client relationships and partnerships.
- Ensure effective customer support and lead local order management processes to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Accountable for achieving regional KPIs (e.g., order intake, profitability, customer engagement) as defined by the executive leadership.
- Support and fulfill commercial and technical risk management processes.
- Drive talent development and succession planning within the Industry vertical. Identify and mentor high-potential employees and local talent to ensure long-term business success.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance value through product and service innovation in the region.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with both local regulations and internal company standards.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

- Deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, technologies, and regulatory environments.
