 Oversee day-to-day plant operations across all departments including production,
maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
 Lead and manage the complete corrugation process — from raw material
sourcing to final product delivery.
 Drive efficiency improvements in production lines, especially high-speed
corrugation machinery.
 Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
 Collaborate closely with the Director on strategic decisions and business
expansion plans.
 Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for
improvement.
 Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
 Lead cross-functional teams and build a performance-oriented culture.
 Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement and inventory
control.
 Coordinate with the sales and planning teams to align production schedules with
customer demands.Required Skills & Qualifications
 Engineering, Production, Industrial engineering or equivalent degree preferred;
MBA is a plus.
 Minimum 15 years of experience in corrugation/packaging manufacturing, with at
least 5 years in a leadership role.
 Strong expertise in operating and managing high-speed corrugation plants.
 Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
 Fluent in Telugu; candidates from Telangana or Andhra Pradesh will be given
preference.
 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Industry Background
