Treasury Management<br />• Monitor daily cash positions, ensuring adequate liquidity for business operations with<br />prudent risk management.<br />• Optimize the company’s cash flow by managing inflows and outflows effectively.<br />• Oversee cash forecasting and ensure accurate financial projections.<br />• Develop strategies to invest excess cash for maximum return.<br />• Quantitative and qualitative analysis of multi-asset class instruments as well as economic<br />research and profiling of the markets.<br />• Build financial models, portfolio construction, portfolio rebalancing and optimization by<br />sweeping residual cash into suitable investment vehicles.<br />Relationships with various financial institutions:<br />• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure that funds are invested<br />as and when required smoothly.<br />• Liaison with banks and other financial institutions for new products, solutions, compliance<br />and documentation requirements and maintain relationships.<br />Risk Management:<br />• Generate risk-adjusted maximized returns in lines with the policies and compliance of the<br />Exchange and take prompt decisions post discussion with respective authorities.<br />Financial Reporting and Analysis:<br />• Prepare accurate treasury reports for senior management, highlighting cash positions,<br />forecasts, and any financial risks.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.<br />• Build and circulate MIS and investment tracker reports to the management and related<br />stakeholders on a daily basis.<br />• Provide insight into the financial health of the company, including liquidity and working<br />capital management.<h3>experience</h3>10

Role & responsibilities<br /> Handling team of 2-3 resources who are doing Accounting in Zoho<br /> Month end finalization processes, MIS reporting, data analysis, Variance analysis,<br />Budget, Forecast.<br /> Annual Finalization of Books and Schedule III format of Company Accounting.<br /> Working Capital (AR, AP, Inventory) and Cash Flow Management<br /> Support in Fund raise and related documentations<br /> Help to develop project plans and monitor their timely completion<br /> Market analysis, Industry analysis, Business plan, extract data from financials and<br />Zoho to give insights to Management<br /> Analyze large data sets from business systems (like Shopify, Unicommerce,<br />Shiprocket, Amazon, etc.) to provide actionable insights from Financial Management<br />perspective<br /> Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends,<br /> Responsible from Finance for new Systems & process implementation.Essential Skills required<br /> Proficient Zoho, Tally Accounting Systems Knowledge<br /> Self Learner<br /> Effective communication skills and working with cross-functional team members and<br />management.<br /> Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing<br />useful reports.<br /> Proficiency in Accounting concepts, financial analysis, due diligence, and risk<br />assessment.<br /> Excellent communication and negotiation skills.<br /> Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting<br /> Must be from FMCG background or at least Manufacturing background<br /> Must be conversant with D2C, QComms & MT business models and flows.<br /> Excellent Excel skills<h3>experience</h3>5
