• New Associates induction and arrange Product Training program with the technical team.
• Conduct Training on GC Nokokoro,Principles and Philosophy.
• Periodical Training to be conduct on Health and Safety to all the Associates in the facility
• Arrange Stay and Take care of Asscoaites logistics.• Training Planner Vs Actual.Salary and Wage Adminstration
• Collate Inputs to the Asst Manager- HR & Admin to Prepare Salary and wages administration, which includes leaves and Additions and deletion of Any associates, full & final settlement and mandatory compliance and exits etc. .
• Manage the leave records and inform timely to the Assoiates about their leave balance and maintain Up to date Excel sheet.
• Monthly ESI, PF calculation, making of Challans & timely deposited with the bankAs per SLAAdminstrartion
• Housekeeping, Security, Office boys management.
• Take care of Water ,Food and Pantry Items , and Hosiptality Arrangements for the Guests,Vistors and Official arraives to HO.
• Take care of Employee transportaion ,Bus and office vehicles in coordination with HR Manager
•Ticket booking and Hotel bookings for all kind of events (Monthly, Quarterly, Half year, Annual Sales meetings & KOL Meetings and lectures).
• Provide all necessary Stationery to all the departments and Maintain First Aid Box• Take Care of Facility Adminstration all necessary ArrangementsEmployee Relations & Engagement Inititaives:
• Coordiate to complete Engagement Surveys .
• Prepare disciplanary/Separation letters .As per SLA/timelines. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:QUALIFICATIONS: • University degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR and /or
MBA from a recognized university.EXPERIENCE:• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience, in HR Executive role handling Recruitment, Time office , Leave Management and Basic understandig of Salary and Wage Management
• Must have a good command of English. Other languages would be an advantage.
• Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills.
• Should be able to participate and facilitate group meetings.
• Should be able to lead and motivate teams.
