· Payroll Inputs to be captured and for all sales & Marketing employees based at different locations in India.
· HR Operations of all S&M employees and maintaining the basic Sanitization in terms of Processes
· Joining Formalities of Employees at HO and all regional offices in India
· Issuing appointment letters, ID Card and other formalities and asset allotment for new joiners.
· Payroll and other reimbursement coordination for with finance team.
· Full & Final Settlement of all employees with their service certificates and exit formality documentation
· Recruitment & Employee lifecycle management for off roll employees
· Administrations management at HO
· Maintaining Employee Files and data.
· Mediclaim coordination, inclusion and exit of employees.
