HR Coordinator - Manufacturing Site· Manage employee time & attendance, payroll inputs, and HR records, ensuring timely and accurate processing. · Administer contract workforce (CW) and NAPS operations, including attendance, overtime, compliance, training, discipline, and vendor coordination. · Coordinate employee learning and development by planning training calendars, maintaining records, and tracking training effectiveness. · Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, cultural celebrations, and welfare activities. · Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including regulatory filings, contractor compliance, factory licence renewals, and inspection support. · Support HR and office administration through invoice processing, ID/access management, procurement, service contract renewals, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. · Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, headcount, manpower, overtime, and other periodic reports to support business decision-making. · Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, workplace 5S, and efficient delivery of HR operations and employee services.Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Educational Qualification· Bachelor's Degree in BBM/B.Com· MBA - HRKey Skills· Working knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER).· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.· Good analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.· Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and compliance orientation.
