- Payroll Processing: Execute the entire payroll process, including salary calculations, deductions (like PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax), and managing benefits.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws and regulations, including timely deposits and filing of returns for ESIC, Provident Fund (PF), and other applicable acts.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, including personal information, attendance, and leave records, often using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the induction process for new hires and process terminations or other status changes in the payroll system.
- Reporting: Prepare various payroll and compliance reports, such as income tax and statutory returns, for management and government authorities.
- Data Accuracy & Audits: Ensure the precision of payroll data and conduct regular payroll audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.
