Job Title: HR & Industrial Relations ExecutiveLocation: Khopoli, Maharashtra Department:Human Resources Job Purpose:The HR & IR Executive is responsible for fostering positive employee-employer relationships, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing industrial relations matters. This role involves mediating disputes, negotiating labor agreements, and advising management on best practices to maintain a productive and fair workplace.Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee grievances and labor disputes promptly and effectively.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, as per Factory Act
- Disciplinary Actions: Conduct investigations into employee complaints and workplace incidents; manage disciplinary processes in compliance with company policies.
- Training & Development: Organize training sessions on employee relations, compliance, and workplace ethics for management and staff.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of industrial relations activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations or a similar role.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Skills:
- Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in policy development and implementation.
