1. Manage and administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans,
wellness initiatives, and statutory benefits (e.g., Provident Fund, Gratuity, ESIC).
2. Collaborate with external vendors (e.g., insurance Vendor, Car Lease, NPS and Meal
Coupon Vendors) for reports and payroll data.

3. Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding benefits programs.
4. Educate employees on the value and utilization of benefits through clear communication
channels (e.g., presentations, FAQs, onboarding materials).
5. Prepare regular Payroll reports.
6. Work closely with HR teams, finance and payroll team for any queries.
7. Well versed with PF Documentations, work closely with Vendors to resolve PF Queries and
Documentation.
8. Conduct New Hire Orientations.
