Lead and execute the People Communications strategy
aligned to Walmart Global Tech's culture and priorities
 This role entails working with Global Teams ensuring
common narrative which is globally aligned and locally
relevant.
 Drive EVP storytelling to strengthen employer brand
internally and externally
 Partner with People COEs (Total Rewards, L&D, Talent,
Associate Relations, People Ops) to translate programs
into clear communications.
 Enable communications for enterprisewide people
initiatives, transformations, and change programs.
 Manage the internal communications ecosystem
across multiple channels to drive engagement.
 Collaborate with People leaders and Communications
teams, while innovating through creative storytelling,
data, and new formats.
 Led end-to-end existing internal communications for
Benefits COE including planning, drafting, publishing, and
reporting for key initiatives such as the Live Better Bulletin
and Annual Insurance Renewal.
